SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective October 24, 2026. These terms apply to the NYAJ Luxury Autospa LLC appointment messaging program. They supplement the service and payment policies displayed when you book.

Appointment messages

If you opt in, NYAJ Luxury Autospa may send transactional texts concerning your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, detailer on-the-way and arrival updates, delays, service completion and replies to your appointment questions. This program does not include promotional SMS. Message frequency varies with your appointments and conversations. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choice

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can book without subscribing to texts. Enter a mobile number you are authorized to use and select the separate SMS checkbox if you wish to receive appointment texts.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out. A confirmation of your opt-out may be sent, and further appointment texts will stop. Reply HELP for assistance, email booking@nyajluxuryautospa.com, or call 407-602-8436. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your appointment.

Appointment conversation window

Appointment conversations are available while you have an active appointment and for 15 minutes after it is marked complete. After that window, contact us by email or our regular business phone for assistance. You can still send STOP or HELP at any time. A new active appointment can open a new conversation, subject to your SMS consent and opt-out status.

Delivery

Text messages depend on your mobile carrier and network availability. Delivery may be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For urgent appointment questions, please contact us directly.
